Memphis Boys Reunite to play Franklin Theatre

The Memphis Boys during a rehearsal at Greens Grocery in Leipers Fork.  The famous rhythm section was joined by Jenny Young on cello, Terry Mike Jeffries on acoustic and vocals, a 4 piece horn section led by Jim Horn, the Holiday Sisters on vocals, and Gary Talley of the "Box Tops".

The Franklin Theater auctioned off a Telecaster similar to Reggie's guitar that was signed on the front by the Memphis Boys.  The back was signed by all the guest artists that also played the concert. Carol Bradbury "Mrs. Little Walter" cast the winning bid and took the guitar home.  What an addition to the Little Walter Music Museum. She also got them all to sign her popcorn box...
